Filter Basket & Strainer

We manufacture and offer filter strainers in different specifications and material of construction. Our filter basket & strainer elements are available in 100% welded construction with excellent operable life and filtration cycles. We have following types of filter basket & strainer:

• Y-type, basket type using SS 304 / SS 316 / SS 316L having perforated cage / Woven mesh media.

• Perfect strengthening inside the strainer to handle high differential pressure of 5 bar in case of In-to-Out flow.

• Skeleton inside the strainers to withstand impact load of air / liquid / water at the time of cleaning in case of In-to-Out flow.

• Y-type strainers in socket weld or 150-flanged end for pipe line size of 15 NB, 25 NB, 40 NB, 50 NB, 65 NB, 75 NB and 100 NB.

• Basket strainers with filtration area of minimum 4–6 times of line size cross section area.

• Basket strainers with a self rotating backwashing device for easy of backwashing in case of operating flow direction of Out-to-In.

• Duplex filters with two-way switch over valves or L-port three-way switch over valve for continuity of operation.

• Duplex filters with skid mounted trolley with pump and electric motor with complete piping as a ready-to-fit configuration
