Application Areas
Our Products have found a seat not only in a variety of industries but in a huge gamut of applications across industries, as we are their preferred purifying and cleaning vendors. Our cleanable & reusable kind of filter media, filter elements for filter systems in 100% welded construction are widely used for water filtration, gas filtration, chemical liquids filtration, nozzle protection, resin / sand trap, washing solution, dyeing liquor filtration, steam filtration, spin finish oil filtration and compressed air filtration. | Compressed Air/Gas Filtration | “TFI” offers cleanable & reusable type sintered SS 316L non woven fibre filter elements with filtration efficiency upto 0.5 micron with lowest possible pressure drop upto 10 – 20 mbar only.
As the filter media wall thickness is 0.9 mm only, media offers lowest possible pressure drop during one to one replacement of existing ceramic/sintered PP filter cartridges because Pressure Drop is a linear function of thickness hence thickness reduces pressure drop reduces.
Due to the extended lowest pressure drop our filter cartridges are also acting as energy saving devices in competitors filter equipments also.
“TFI” can produce filter cartridges with customized fitting for easy replacement to the conventional filter cartridges. | | Liquids, Chemicals Filtration | “TFI” offers cleanable & reusable type filters covered with compatible polymer sleeves to extend the life of cleanable media also.
“TFI” design the liquid filter systems based on the operating parameters like viscosity, pressure and flow rate and accordingly prepare a suitable module for the application.
“TFI” also produce filter systems for high solid load condition like charcoal, catalyst etc.
“TFI” offers excellent solution for the liquid with high viscosity upto 10000 centipoises using specialty German quality filter media cartridges.
Some aggressive chemicals are not compatible with SS 316 in such cases “TFI” offers PTFE lining/coating filter systems along with 100% PTFE or PP filter cartridges. | | Steam Filtration | “TFI” offers excellent filters – Cleanable & Reusable for steam filtration upto 2000C.
In case of steam filter designing, temperature is most important because temperature increase pressure & viscosity also.
As steel has an expansion co efficient at high temperature hence “TFI” offers code VII end connection of Sintered SS 316L filter cartridges for easy of removal of filter element.
Sometimes rusting also found in pipe lines and that may poison the chemicals during process that can be avoided by steam filtration.
Sometimes instruments attached to steam line also gets malfunctioning during process that can be avoided by steam filtration.
“TFI” can offer steam filtration upto 10, 5, 1, 0.5, 0.2 micron. | | Oil Filtration | “TFI” offers lube oil filtration systems with MS / CS / SS 304 filter housing using SS 304 woven mesh - Cylindrical / pleated filter cartridges for filtration upto 10 micron.
“TFI” offers Furnace oil filtration system using MS / CS filter housing with SS 304/316 strainers with In to Out or Out to In flow.
“TFI” offers light density oil filtration using MS / CS filter housing with pleated paper filter cartridges for filtration upto 5 - 10 micron.
